Man breaks into house, takes shower, eats pizza, authorities say Man charged with burglary, petit theft, criminal mischief
Timothy Tomlinson was charged with burglary for unlawfully entering a residence with the intent to commit petit theft and criminal mischief by Palm Bay police.
PALM BAY, Fla. – Palm Bay police say a man broke into a house on Thursday, but it was not a regular break-in.
Timothy Tomlinson, 36, smashed his way into a house on Emerson Drive by shattering the kitchen windows, then took a shower and ate a slice of pizza afterward, washing down the pizza with two bottles of water, police said.
According to police, Tomlinson left the house without stealing any items besides the pizza, bottles of water and the electricity and water used while taking his shower.
Tomlinson is charged with burglary for unlawfully entering the residence with the intent to commit petit theft and criminal mischief for damages to the window.
