Man dies after being rescued from Orlando lake, police say

ORLANDO, Fla. – A man died after being rescued from an Orlando lake Saturday morning, police said.

Orlando police said the man, who has not been identified, was in Clear Lake at George Barker Park when they believe he accidentally drowned.

Firefighters and police pulled the man from the lake on Monte Carlo Trail and transported him to Orlando Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Police said the incident remains under investigation.
