Man found dead at Orlando apartment complex ID'd Man suffered gunshot wounds, deputies say
ORLANDO, Fla. – A 39-year-old man found dead Sunday at an Orlando apartment complex has been identified.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office said Monday that Jason Asquino was found shot at the Waterford Pointe Apartments after callers reported hearing a loud argument prior to seeing a man lying on the ground.
Deputies said Nathaniel Delgado, 28, was arrested on charges of second-degree murder and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Asquino's vehicle, a 2006 Lincoln TownCar with the Florida tag GXFI11, is still missing. Anyone with information about the car is asked to call deputies.
"The victim and suspect were known to each other, and this was not a random act of violence," the Sheriff's Office said in a statement.
An investigation is ongoing.
