ORMOND BEACH, Fla. – Police say a man who was parachuting Saturday was injured when he crashed into the beach near Loggerheads Bar and Grille at 2986 Ocean Shore Blvd.
A Volusia County Beach Patrol spokesperson said the man was airlifted to Halifax and that his injuries appear to be non-life-threatening at this point.
