ORMOND BEACH, Fla. – A man was shot and critically injured early Thursday in Ormond Beach.
The shooting happened around 2 a.m. in the 700 block of Garden Lane.

According to Ormond Beach police, officers were called to a house and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to Halifax Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Detectives continue to investigate the shooting, and no other details, including the man's name, were released.
