Man trapped in equipment rescued, Orange County Fire Rescue says

Extrication team freed victim after more than an hour

ORLANDO, Fla. – An extrication team freed a man who was trapped in industrial equipment near the Eastwood Golf Club, according to Orange County Fire and Rescue.

The man was trapped in equipment used for storm cleanup and mulching for more than an hour starting at noon Monday at Golfway Boulevard and Lake Turnberry Circle, the fire department said.

The industrial equipment is owned by Raynor Shine Mulch Installation.

After the rescue the man was transported to the hospital. His injuries are unknown.
