DELTONA, Fla. – A Volusia County man is facing charges on Monday after deputies say he was videotaping a woman in her own bathroom.
Ariel Alvarez, 37, was arrested over the weekend and charged with video voyeurism.

Deputies said the crime happened in April 2013 but after getting a tip recently, cops searched Alvarez's home and found several videos, including some showing the woman undressing in her own bathroom.
Alvarez was released from jail on bond.
