Morgan & Morgan drops suit against Monster Energy drinks

ORLANDO, Fla. –

A big win for Monster Energy after a local law firm decides to drop its lawsuit against the company.

Orlando-based Morgan & Morgan first announced it would sue Monster earlier this year after alleging the drink was causing health people to have serious health issues, like heart attacks and strokes.

However, according to Monster, the firm decided to drop the case after a recent study found the drinks had no more effect on the body than certain types of coffee.
