Much cooler air moving into Central Florida

Old Man Winter returns to Orlando area

ORLANDO, Fla. – It will be a great weather day across Central Florida on Thursday, but big changes are headed to the region.

Temperatures will warm in the mid-70s Thursday afternoon with lots of sunshine.

"It will be a breezy afternoon, however," Local 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said.

Much cooler air will build in by Friday, with temperatures only warming to 65 degrees in Orlando.  Lows will dip into the mid-40s.

For Saturday, afternoon highs will only reach the low 60s, and there's a 10 percent chance of rain.

High temps on Sunday will only reach the upper 50s to low 60s. 

Early Monday, lows will drop into the 30s.
