ORLANDO, Fla. - A stretch of Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando has reopened after being closed for weeks because of construction.
The road was closed from South Street to Anderson near City Hall.
A $4.5 million makeover, including improvements for the nearby Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, prompted the closure.
