That's out of the 49 people who were killed, the 53 who were injured, and the others who were inside the club when the shootings happened.

News 6 has also learned that the final victim at Orlando Regional Medical Center was slightly upgraded this week.

Hospital officials wouldn't say much about the patient's condition, only that he was upgraded from critical condition to "guarded." They also say he cannot speak. The patient has been in critical condition since the shootings on June 12.

The patient's mother spoke about his injuries two weeks ago at a town hall meeting for the OneOrlando Fund.

"I'm the mother of one of the victims that's in the hospital right now," she said.

The woman, who only spoke Spanish and used a translator, said her son was badly injured and still hospitalized.

The meeting was on Aug. 4.

"We got notified that he's in critical condition, he will not be able to walk again," she said

The last Pulse patient was released from Florida Hospital on June 29, according to the hospital's website.

On Aug. 4 Orlando Health only had one Pulse patient who was in critical condition, according to an email from a hospital spokesperson.

At the town hall meeting, the woman wanted to know how to file a claim to get her son's share of the $23 million in the OneOrlando fund.

"I take it your son is unable to file his own claim?," Ken Feinberg, the funds administrator asked.  "No," she said.

The woman was instructed how to file a claim on her son's behalf.

The administrators for the OneOrlando Fund is urging victims not to wait until the last minute to file a claim.

The deadline is Sept. 12.  You can file at OneOrlando.Org.
