Titusville man hits $5 million Florida Lottery jackpot

Prize came from Mega Millions

TITUSVILLE, Fla. – The Florida Lottery announced on Wednesday that a Titusville man successfully claimed a $5 million prize from a Mega Millions drawing that was held on March 1.

News 6 partner Florida Today reports that Paul Reynolds purchased a Quick Pick ticket that matched all five numbers, but not the mega ball. Reynolds, however, added a multiplier to his ticket for $1, which multiplied the amount of money he won from $1 million to $5 million.
