Woman attacked, robbed during attempted carjacking in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police are searching for a man who attacked and robbed a woman during an attempted carjacking.

Investigators said the victim was on Medallion Drive just after 7 p.m. Wednesday when a man approached her and demanded her keys.

Officers said when the woman refused, and the man hit her, causing her to drop her phone. Police said the man stole her phone and ran away.

Anyone with information about the attack is asked to call Orlando police.
