Highs today will range from the upper 80s along the coast to the low-to-mid 90s inland.
The sea breeze will push inland through the afternoon but, with plentiful dry air in the upper levels of the atmosphere coverage of rain won't be widespread.
Rain chances are 20% mainly in the late afternoon to early evening for areas west of I-95.
Tomorrow will be sunny and hot. Highs will soar to the upper 90s in record territory. Remember if you work outdoors, wear light colors to reflect that heat away from your body, stay hydrated, and take breaks in the shade to prevent heat-related illness.
Heat index values will be in the triple digits.
