PALM BAY, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash that killed a 34-year-old man early Sunday morning.
Troopers said Troy Hudson, of Palm Bay, was driving north on I-95 around 2:50 a.m. when he lost control of his car and left the roadway.

Hudson's car struck a light pole, then hit a cement post, troopers said. Hudson was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 35-year-old woman was in the car with Hudson, the Highway Patrol said. She was taken to Holmes Regional Hospital for serious injuries.
