LIVE RADAR: Sunday showers forecast to clear out by Sunday night

The summer weather pattern: rewind, reload, repeat.

Expect more of the same for many weeks to come, especially the heat, humidity and rains.

Sunday rain showers will gradually taper off and will be mostly gone by 10 p.m., leaving behind a very warm and sticky night. Under partly cloudy skies temperatures will dip to 73 in Ocala to 75 in Orlando and Palm Bay.

There will be another round of heat and rain Monday. Mostly sunny mornings will lead to temperatures rising to 89 in Daytona Beach, to 90 in Melbourne and 93 in Orlando. Rain coverage drops slightly down to 40 percent.

The week ahead looks like a copy of the past two days, with rain each afternoon.

In the tropics, no storms are expected in the next five days.
