ORLANDO, Fla. – A tree crashed on top of a car in Maitland with a woman inside of the vehicle as severe storms moved through Central Florida on Wednesday for the second day in a row.

The woman was inside of her Honda Civic during her lunch break when the tree fell as she was trying to move her car away from the trees.
"It was just a big boom and the car bounced and the windshield shattered," Carmen Bissoondial said as she described the tree crashing onto her car.
Bissoondial said the impact of the tree caused her to drop her phone and after she found it she called 911.
Rescue crews arrived and cut branches away from the passenger door so she could get out of the vehicle.
"I'm just happy I'm OK," Bissoondial said.
The National Weather Service issues severe thunderstorm warnings in Orange and Seminole counties Wednesday afternoon. Some storms were severe, with strong wind gusts up to 50 miles per hour and lots of lightning and possible hail.
Strong storms passed through Central Florida on Tuesday, with lightning causing a fire at an apartment and strong winds and heavy rains toppling several trees.
Rain chances will be at 60 percent for Wednesday and Thursday.
High temperatures will stay in the low 90s into the weekend.
Rain chances decrease slightly to 50 percent for Friday and Saturday.
For Father's Day, expect a high of 92 degrees, with a 40 percent coverage of rain.
