Freeze warnings are in effect for northern counties Thursday morning, as temperatures drop to or below the freezing point for several hours.

"We are pinpointing frost advisories for a large part of Central Florida on Thursday morning," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. "We will see lots of sunshine through Friday."

Afternoon high temperatures will reach the mid-60s in Orlando. The average high is 73 degrees.

"Rain chances are out of the picture altogether until Presidents' Day on Monday at 30 percent," Bridges said.

Friday's high will be in the mid-70s.

"Expect a high of 70 on Saturday and then we're back to the mid-60s on Sunday, which is Valentine's Day," Bridges said.
