Will become Florida Blue on Monday, April 2
ORLANDO, Fla. – A big change is coming to Florida's largest health insurance company.
Starting Monday, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida will change its name to Florida Blue.
It's part of the company's rebranding effort.
Executives say they're trying to become more consumer-friendly.
Keep in mind, the only thing that's changing is the name. You'll get new insurance cards, but your plan will stay the same.
