Lakeside Foods recalls frozen peas 16 ounce packages sold at Aldi stores in 7 states
Lakeside Foods Inc. has recalled 1,568 packages of Season’s Choice Brand Frozen Peas sold at Aldi stores in Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky and Florida.
“The recall was a result of the product being tested at retail by the state of Florida which had tested positive for listeria monocytogenes,” the FDA said.
The company, based in Wisconsin, issued a recall on the following products:
