ORLANDO, Fla. – As a West Point graduate, Colonel Art Brown’s blood runs red, white, and blue.
His long career with the Army Corps of Engineers brought him to many places around the world, and he has the friends to show for it.
When President Richard Nixon called for the return of our troops from Vietnam, Brown was tasked with the extraction and he said he was the first soldier to step foot back on American soil.
