Orlando BRIO locations celebrate National Ravioli Day

ORLANDO, Fla. – Tuesday is National Ravioli Day, and BRIO Tuscan Grille is honoring the holiday.

To celebrate, BRIO Tuscan Grille is offering four half-price ravioli dishes at the Winter Park Village and Mall at Millenia locations.

"The National Ravioli Day celebration is a great way to highlight some of our classics and prepare special menu selections for our guests," Matt Harding, head chef and culinary director of BRIO Tuscan Grille, said in a release.

Pastas featured on the half-price menu:

• Crispy Cheese Ravioli Appetizer, which comes with horseradish and Pomodoro sauces for dipping.
  
• Ravioli Di Bello, which is a Portobello ravioli with Cremini mushrooms, tomatoes, Parmigiano-Reggiano and fresh thyme in a champagne brown butter sauce
  
• Ravioli Alla Vodka, which is Ricotta-filled ravioli with pancetta, garlic, basil and a rich tomato cream sauce.
  
• Cheese Ravioli Al Forno, which is a Ricotta-filled ravioli with tomato and Alfredo sauces, striped with basil pine nut pesto.
