ORLANDO, Fla. – A man was arrested in Orlando on suspicion of killing his fiancee because she wanted to end their engagment.
Police were called to 1225 S. Kirkman Road early Sunday morning in reference to a domestic dispute.

When police arrived at the apartment complex, 42-year-old Nestor Habarugira told officers he was responsible for killing 35-year-old Ruth Owino, Orlando police said.
Police said the fight began when Owino told Habarugira she no longer wanted to be engaged.
Police said there were no prior calls about domestic violence between the couple.
Owino, who is from Kenya, and Habarugira, of Burundi, had four children together, police said.
Police said Habarugira was arrested and charged with murder.
