Powerball Reaches $160 Million Drawing To Be Held Wednesday Night
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Someone may win $160 million from the Powerball Wednesday night. The drawing has rolled over several times resulting in the massive sum.
The winner will have the choice of receiving the entire sum in 30 annual installments or a one-time payment of a lesser amount.
Combined with the Florida Lotto, the two drawings are expected to generate more than $37.8 million for public education in Florida.
Retailers could also benefit from the win -- the retailer that sells the winning Powerball ticket will receive a bonus incentive of $65,000.
Local 6 will be airing the drawing at 11 p.m. Wednesday.
