FHP: Bicyclist Injured In Hit-And-Run

Troopers Investigate Orlando Crash

ORLANDO, Fla. – A 21-year-old bicyclist was injured Tuesday morning after being struck in a hit-and-run crash in Orlando, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

Halario Cinto, of Orlando, was riding a bike across John Young Parkway at Bear Bryant Drive about 6:55 a.m. when he was hit by a blue Toyota, the FHP said.

Cinto was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center in serious condition, troopers said.

The FHP said it found a broken headlight and a quarter panel from the Toyota.

No one witnessed the crash, troopers said.

John Young Parkway was closed between Presidents Drive and West Oak Ridge Road while troopers investigated the crash.
