ORLANDO, Fla. – The woman who is suing Casey Anthony for defamation will have to be deposed, despite a motion requesting that Anthony be forced to answer questions first.
Earlier this week, attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez filed the motion, citing Anthony's refusal to answer questions during her deposition last month as grounds for Gonzalez to postpone her own deposition.

Gonzalez says that Anthony defamed her by naming her as the nanny that kidnapped her missing toddler, Caylee Anthony. Caylee's remains were later found and during Anthony's trial on murder charges, her attorneys said Caylee was never kidnapped by anyone, but she had drowned in the family pool. Gonzalez says Anthony's claims caused her to lose her job and have difficulty finding another.
After a hearing on the matter on Wednesday, a judge ruled Thursday that Gonzalez will still have to proceed with her scheduled deposition next month.
Anthony pleaded the fifth and wore a disguise during her deposition on the grounds that she is appealing four convictions of lying to law enforcement. She was found not guilty of all felony charges in Caylee's death.
Anthony is currently serving one year probation at an undisclosed location for an unrelated check fraud conviction.
