1 killed, 3 shot at Orlando shopping plaza; 4 arrested

Several questioned in shootings

ORLANDO, Fla. – Four people were arrested in a shooting at an Orlando shopping plaza that left one person dead and three others injured.

The shootings happened Sunday near Curry Ford Road and Semoran Boulevard in Orlando.

Robert Ruben Rivera-Vazquez, 22, of Puerto Rico, was arrested on charges of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted murder.

Elizabeth Feliciana, 32; Roberto F. Rivera-Vazquez, 21; and Miguel Vargas, 21, were also arrested.

Officials said the shootings likely started with a fight.

Police said Miguel Zamarron, 38 ,was killed in the shooting. Miguel Meza, Nicholas Zamarron and Luis Vasquez survived the shooting.

Two of the victims remain in critical condition and the third is in stable condition. Police did not indicate each victim's condition.
