Haleigh Cummings case now 3 years old

Haleigh vanished in north Florida on Feb. 10, 2009

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. – Friday marks exactly three years since a girl from north Florida disappeared.

Haleigh Cummings was reported missing on Feb. 10, 2009, from her home in Satsuma in Putnam County.

Within the last year, detectives say, 168 tips have come in about her whereabouts. Investigators say several agencies are looking into the case, although they admit that they think Haleigh is dead.

Misty Croslin, the ex-wife of Haleigh's father, Ronald Cummings, was the last person to see the girl. Croslin says she went to sleep, and when she woke up, Haleigh was gone.

Croslin and Haleigh's father are now in prison for drug trafficking charges.

There is currently a $30,000 reward for information leading to Haleigh's whereabouts.
