Deltona: Adult store must move or close
Officials: Store violates city code
VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – An adult store in Deltona could be forced to move or close.
On Monday, the City Commissioner decided Dare Wear Fashions violates a city code, according to the Daytona Beach News-Journal.
The business has been along Saxon Boulevard for 20 years, but the city code changed in 1997, forcing adult businesses out of neighborhoods.
Now, the commission wants to enforce that code.
It's not known if the business owner plans to fight the decision.
