ORLANDO, Fla. – After tweeting about making a visit to an upscale Orlando mall, Miami Heat basketball star LeBron James ignored fans' attempts to get his autograph or pose for pictures with them.
James announced he'd be visiting the Mall at Millenia on his Twitter account at about 6 p.m. Monday.
"Headed to Millennia Mall! Who coming with me?" James posted on Twitter.
The Twitter post attracted dozens -- if not hundreds -- of people, and crowds gathered around James in the mall's food court and followed him as he walked around for more than an hour.
James' personal security team and mall security followed him around the mall.
While Local 6 crews were at the mall, James did not sign autographs, pose for pictures or interact with the crowd.
The Orlando Magic host the Heat at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
