NACA's American Dream Event will be at the Rosen Centre Hotel's Grand Ballroom on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
The American Dream Event is the first of its kind to hit Central Florida and continues through March 28.

Existing homeowners who have an unaffordable mortgage can get a free loan modification. New home buyers also have the chance to get a mortgage.
This is the first time Central Florida has played host to such a massive undertaking.
NACA helps homeowners save on average between $500 and $1,000 a month off their mortgages.

Home buyers can also qualify for a fixed rate mortgage with no down payment, no closing costs, no points or fees. And consumers don't need perfect credit.

Today's NACA rate is 3.875 percent.
Hundreds of counselors and bank representatives from all of the major lenders will be in attendance to approve on-site free loan modifications.

This event will run for five days beginning at 8 a.m. and ending at 8 p.m. each day.
NACA CEO Bruce Marks hopes, through the efforts of NACA, Central Floridians can hang onto their homes and again realize the dream of owning a home.

The event is free.
