FunSpot announces teacher discounts, helicopter flights Amusement park celebrates Teacher Appreciation week
ORLANDO, Fla. – FunSpot announces huge discount for teachers and test flights in the month of May.
The amusement park announced it will test demand for helicopter flights from its International Drive location on Saturday. The 10-minute flights will cost $35 per person, and will be located on land the park acquired for an expansion.
The park tells Local 6 this test will help decide whether to add helicopter flights permanently.
Both FunSpot locations will start Teacher Appreciation days on Sunday, with a party honoring teachers from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
School employees can purchase up to four of its $35 ride wrist bands for $10 each anytime Sunday through May 10.
