DELTONA, Fla. – Undercover deputies arrested two men accused of stealing an X-ray machine from a Deltona dental office.
Deputies posed as interested buyers when the victim found the stolen panoramic dental X-ray machine for sale on Craigslist and eBay.
The $30,000 machine was reported stolen from Summer Smiles Family Dental last month, according to deputies. It was being offered for $20,000 on the listings.
Matthew Pare, 25, and Matthew Simmons, 26, were arrested Tuesday on charges of grand theft and dealing in stolen property. They were taken to the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach.
