Most carriers with service to the Caribbean are waiving change and/or cancellation fees as Tropical Storm Isaac approaches the islands.

The policies differ among airlines, but Local 6 checked with AirTran, JetBlue and American, and each company is allowing at least one free change per ticket to designated destinations. Delta Airlines says it will refund tickets for any flight that is canceled or significantly delayed because of the storm.
Normally, change fees run $75 and up per ticket.
As Isaac moves, it's likely that the airlines will consider dropping fees for other destinations in the storm's path, including Florida.
The waivers vary by date and destination. Most carriers will allow consumers access to those waivers when they make storm-related changes online.
