Man arrested for stealing parking tickets Orlando police say man removed two citations from vehicles downtown

ORLANDO, Fla. – Orlando police said they caught a man stealing parking tickets off of vehicles just before midnight Sunday night.
Around 11:50 p.m., two patrol officers said they witnessed Luc Marvin, 31, taking parking violations off the front of vehicles parked along west central boulevard and then returning to his vehicle.
According to Marvin's arrest report, he said "I know I am going to jail," when officers approached him.
Apparently Marvin does not have a valid driver's license and officers discovered this when they approached him.
Marvin was arrested for driving with a suspended license and altering parking tickets.
There is no information at this time as to why he was removing the parking tickets.
