Man stuck on 'It's a Small World;' Disneyland pays Disabled man stranded for 30 minutes, lawsuit claims No description found
ANAHEIM, Calif. – A disabled man discovered how small "It's a Small World" is when he was awarded $8,000 for being stuck on the ride.
The lawsuit claims he was stranded for 30 minutes while the theme song was stuck on repeat. His attorney says the man was the only passenger not rescued when the ride broke down.
And though the theme park believes it provided appropriate assistance, the court didn't agree.
