Ocala Cracker Barrel celebrates oldest worker's birthday Hostess Rita Fitch receives 97th birthday celebration No description found
OCALA, Fla. – An Ocala Cracker Barrel celebrated its oldest worker's birthday on Friday by giving her a personalized rocking chair, engraved glass barrel and cake.
Rita Fitch, a hostess at the location on Southwest College Road in Ocala for 14 years, celebrated her 97th birthday with Cracker Barrel employees on Friday afternoon.
Fitch was also presented with a surprise birthday video of employees from Home Office, including the Cracker Barrel CEO Sandra Cochran.
"Cracker Barrel is proud of Rita—and all our employees who help us do what we do best—please our guests with great country cooking and friendly service," Cracker Barrel officials said in a statement.
