Tiger bites man's thumb off at Florida wildlife sanctuary
Incident happened in Palm Beach County
PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla – A south Florida construction worker is expected to be OK after his thumb was bitten off by a tiger.
The incident happened Monday at a wildlife sanctuary in Palm Beach County.
According to the property manager, the man put his hand in the tiger's cage causing the animal to attack.
It wasn't known if the man's thumb was retrieved and reattached.
