Police said a loaded handgun was found on Untermeyer, who was found to have a valid Florida concealed weapons permit.

Two guns were reportedly found on Mahlow, who also had a concealed weapons permit.

However, because the men were armed while inside a business licensed to dispense alcoholic beverages for consumption of the premises, which is not legal, they were both arrested.

Untermeyer was charged with one count of carrying a concealed weapon into an establishment.

Mahlow was charged with two counts of carrying a concealed weapon into an establishment.
