Man took pictures of boy in bathroom at Target, Ocala police say
OCALA, Fla. – A Marion County man has been arrested on video voyeurism charges after police say he took pictures of a boy in a Target restroom.
Ocala police said Thomas Durden, 50, took pictures of a 13-year-old boy in the restroom at the Target on Southwest College Road on Oct. 24.
The boy told police he saw an iPhone in the corner of the stall and when he yelled, Durden pulled the phone back into the other stall and walked out of the bathroom.
According to the report, Target employees say Durden comes to the store often. He was tracked down by store surveillance video.
Durden was booked into Marion County Jail on Thursday.
