Woman calls cops on boyfriend for smoking marijuana, Mount Dora cops say

MOUNT DORA, Fla. – A Mount Dora man was arrested after his girlfriend called the cops on him for smoking marijuana in their apartment.

Tyler Cook, 19, has been charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the Tuesday incident.

Police said Cook's girlfriend called authorities and said she was sick of Cook smoking marijuana in the apartment they shared.

She let police into their apartment and showed them Cook's "hiding spot," showing them drug paraphernalia and said "this is his s***," according to the report.

Cook's girlfriend said none of the items were hers and Cook was arrested, then taken to Lake County jail.
