Woman killed after driving into pond, troopers say
Accident happened at ramp to Alafaya Trail off State Road 408

ORLANDO, Fla. – A vehicle exiting State Road 408 drove across Alafaya Trail and into a pond, killing the driver, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Chloe Arenas, 21, was traveling east around 5 a.m. Sunday on the State Road 408 exit ramp to Alafaya Trail when for some unknown reason she drove across all lanes and traveled into a pond, troopers said.
The car and Arenas were submerged in the pond and later removed by divers, FHP said.
Arenas was not wearing a seat belt, according to FHP's report.
It is not known at this time if alcohol was involved.
