According to the Orlando Sentinel, an autopsy showed that Lee had a blood-alcohol level of .077 percent.  The legal limit is .08, but since Lee was underage, it was illegal for him to have a blood-alcohol level higher than .02 percent.

The former Osceola High School football standout was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, authorities said.
