Man walks out of ocean naked, sits on boardwalk in Palm Coast, cops say

PALM COAST, Fla. – A man was arrested Friday after being spotted walking out of the ocean naked.

Deputies said some Flagler County workers spotted Dominic Stevens, 57, walking out of the ocean naked before going to sit down on a boardwalk near Malacompra Road. Two of the workers told deputies Stevens sat down with his legs spread open, exposing himself.

According to deputies, Stevens told them he did not think he was doing anything wrong because he was in a remote area of the beach, but investigators said other people were in the area.

Stevens was charged with indecent exposure and taken to Flagler County Inmate Facility.
