[AUDIO: 911 call released ]

Angela Woodward, 37, drove to Grassy Lake Elementary School in Clermont on Wednesday to pick up her two kids when parents noticed she was acting strange, according to deputies.

Deputies said the assistant principal called 911 to report Woodward.

"It's pretty urgent I get somebody over here. We have dismissal in about five minutes to send these kids home," the caller told dispatchers. "And, I have a mom in the car rider line right now in there ... We just spoke to her. We got some parent complaints. We think she is under the influence or intoxicated. She is slurring her words."

When deputies arrived, they said Woodward was unable to stand on her feet and didn't remember how much she drank or when she started drinking.

Deputies said Woodward's blood alcohol content level was five times over the legal limit at .412.

Woodward was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. The children were placed in their father's custody, deputies said.
