Jogger takes photos of flasher in Oviedo

Man exposed himself along Lockwood Boulevard, police say

OVIEDO, Fla. – Oviedo police continue to search for a man accused of exposing himself to a woman who was jogging.

The incident happened Wednesday afternoon along Lockwood Boulevard at Stone Street.

Oviedo police said the man was standing outside his truck when he flashed the woman at around 4:15 p.m.

The woman was able to take pictures of the man, who drove off in a white pickup truck, police said.

The pickup was described as a white two-door GMC truck with a silver tool box in the bed and a bumper sticker on the bottom right side of the vehicle rear bumper.

Police described the culprit as a white male with brown hair, 5 feet 7 inches tall with an average build, weighing 180 pounds and not clean-shaven face. He was wearing camouflage pants and no shirt.

Anyone with information about the man is urged to call police at 407-971-5700.

"I think that the guy is pretty crazy with people like that, you really have to wonder, flashing in a neighborhood like this with all the kids and all the school buses," says Harold Bates, who lives nearby.
