Final holiday season for Disney's Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights begins

Disney says goodbye to light display to make way for 'Star Wars' Land

ORLANDO, Fla. – With only 48 days left until Christmas, many holiday festivities are beginning, but a few are coming to an end.

One big Disney holiday tradition, known as  The Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights, is coming to an end after 20 long years of holiday lights.

Disney will officially begin the final holiday season for the Osborne Lights Friday at Hollywood Studios.

Millions of dancing lights have delighted thousands over the past 20 years.

According to Disney representatives, the lights will go as part of a new park addition, Toy Story Land and Star Wars Land. 

The Osborne Lights will run from Nov. 6 until Jan. 3.
