ST. CLOUD, Fla. – A woman was indicted Tuesday on charges in the death of her mother.
Amy Grace Day, 44, was arrested in September after changing the details she told detectives about where she was and who she was with during the time period her mother, Lea Hawkins, 79, disappeared.

Day was charged one day after a body was found in Hawkins' backyard.
Day was indicted Tuesday on charges of first-degree murder, kidnapping with intent to inflict bodily harm or terrorize and aggravated abuse of an elderly or disabled adult in the death of Ora Lee Hawkins.
