Witnesses told police they saw the two men chasing Stolicker when Muir fired one shot at her.

Stolicker said she was out on bond through Muir's company, ABC Bailbonds, and that the two men came to her home and said they were revoking her bond. She said she went with them outside but then ran away. She said she heard one of the men shoot at her while she ran.

Muir said he couldn't keep up with Stolicker during the chase, so he fired one shot.

He was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
