New renderings of the highly anticipated iSquare Mall + Hotel have been made public.
According to Abdul Mathin, CEO of the BlackMINE Group, Retail Street Advisors recently joined his company's team to begin canvassing the marketplace for specialty high-end stores and restaurants. He said Retail Street Advisors' assistance is critical to completing the retail portion of the design development.

Mathin listed the following as key members under contract for the building:
Hirsch Bedner Associates, Interior design
Brockette Davis Drake, Structural engineering
EXP, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering. Also includes low voltage structured cabling, LEED administration and commissioning services.
Kimley Horn Associates, civil engineering
SPA’d, spa design consultants
EDSA, landscape architecture, pools and water feature design
Walker Parking Consultants, parking garage design and technology consultants
Mathin said the BlackMINE Group is also producing a documentary of the project called "The Making of iSquare Mall + Hotel." The final edits will be made when the mall and hotel open for business.
